A Service Level Agreement (SLA) is an agreement between a business (the service provider) and an individual customer (the service recipient) that defines the expected level of service and support to be provided. The fee for this agreement is $200, with a deposit of $60 to be paid upfront when placing the order, and the balance to be paid upon completion of the work, after delivery and revisions of the draft. 2 free revisions are provided as part of this order. The first draft will be ready in 4 days.
